We started with the intention of being as sustainably-minded as possible, minimising negative environmental impact while still brewing delicious beer!
In addition to removing plastic, our packaging is 100% plastic-free. The boxes are FSA-approved, meaning they're end-to-end sustainably sourced and produced. Plus, we’re energy efficient! Our breweries use solar panels for electricity generation, and we redeploy heat from the beer chillers to warm up our offices.

How it works
We work with Seven Clean Seas, an ocean impact organisation on a mission to remove 10,000,000 kg of ocean plastic pollution from the marine environment by 2025. With projects in some of the most plastic-polluted locations in the world, their work is vital for ocean health.
Target
- SCS work with local communities and governments to target locations with exceptionally high levels of ocean plastic pollution.
Collection
- Seven Clean Seas employs collection crews from these local communities to recover the plastic waste, empowering them with formal, long term employment contracts.
- They also deploy innovative technologies like the HIPPO and river barriers to prevent plastic waste from reaching the ocean in the first place!
- All projects are certified by 3rd party certifications to ensure best practices, long-term impact and sustainability.
MRF
- Setting up infrastructure like the Material Recovery Facility provides a foundation for continued waste management and environmental protection efforts.
- Plastic waste is sorted and recycled into materials and products—like roof tiles and building bricks—that benefit the local community. A fully circular solution!
